In doing so, SetCorp does not consider itself a business, tax, or legal advisor. SetCorp makes no decisions on behalf of clients and provides no professional recommendations regarding the choice of legal form, jurisdiction, or tax structure. The decision remains where it belongs: with the client.

3. Virtual Administration & Assistance

The external back office. As part of its Virtual Administration & Assistance service, SetCorp handles ongoing tasks such as mail and email management, scheduling, and the preparation of standardized forms or individually agreed-upon tasks.

As a complement to SetCorp's services, coordination of compliance maintenance and visa processes can also be provided.
